Quarterly argent and azure, a cross quarterly gules and of the first between a rose of the third, barbed and seeded proper in the first quarter, a lily also of the first, slipped proper, in the second quarter, an annulet ensigned with a cross pattee and interlaced with a saltire conjoined in base all or in the third quarter, and a stag's head caboshed also of the third in the fourth quarter.
