LLANELLY (Co. Carmarthen). Per chevron argent and gules, in chief two lymphads sable, and in base a figure representing St Elli of the first. Crest — Issuant from a mural crown proper, two dragons' wings gules, each charged with a fesse chequy or and azure. Motto — "Ymlaen Llanelli." Badge — In front of two miners' pick-axes in saltire and within a Stepne}' motor wheel, a wooden box containing a sheet of tin-plate all proper. [Granted, College of Arms, 1913.]
