Debruised. a term to express any animal or bird, when an ordinary is placed over it. P. 26, f. 21.

The term also applies to any charge overpart of which another is placed. P. 7, f. 4. Debruised. Applied to serpents in the folding, expresses whether the head or tail is overlaid, or debruised by the other parts. P. 30, f. 27.
