over all the quarters in middle chief 
  on an escutcheon azure much larger three fleurs-de lys or 
  on an escutcheon gyronny argent and gules smaller

Notes

Had to fudge a bit on the escutcheon, since it couldn't handle a cross. See wikipedia entry
